The route

Callista Silvestri is a commoner and farmer's daughter hailing from Faerghus, in a province bordering Duscur, joins Garreg Mach Academy. At 13 years old, she helped her family hide Duscur refugees during the Tragedy of Duscur (which amounts to treason, basically). As a result, she's determined to join the Knights of Seiros to help protect others. 4 years later, she ends up in the Blue Lions house, in the same class as the Crown Prince Dimitri and his friends.The mysterious Professor Byleth (F) ends up choosing to supervise the Golden Deer House that year; yet the Blue Lions were later tasked to assist the Kingdom to deal with a Duscur rebellion midway through the academic year. Although it was resolved rather peacefully, the battle opened up past trauma for the students affected by the Tragedy of Duscur. Callista is also conflicted as one of the Duscur rebels happened to be a refugee her family had helped shelter 4 years ago.After the Empire invades - which cut their academic year short, Dimitri is captured and framed for treason. With Dedue's help, Dimitri makes an escape and is never seen or heard from again. The Duscur rebels hears of Dedue's imprisonment, and decided to break him out from Fhirdiad with the help of an unlikely ally - Callista.Once the rebels whisked Dedue away to their hideout and he is safely recovering, Callista is soon reunited with her other classmates and joins Duke Fraldarius's forces. She serves as one of the Duscur rebels' informants, as both forces continue to search for the missing Dimitri while fending off the Empire's invasion.The latter half of the route then follows:
- Dimitri is found, and Callista quickly sends word to Dedue and the rebels
- The Blue Lions House finally reunite
- (Meanwhile, the Golden Deer House reunites with Byleth and use Garreg Mach Monastery as their HQ)
- The Blue Lions meets up with the coalition of Golden Deer, Byleth, Church of Seiros and Ashen Wolves for an alliance against the Empire
- Blue Lions defeat Cornelia and retake Fhirdiad, and later, the rest of Faerghus
- The coalition defeat the puppet masters behind the war with Empire with the help of two double-agents from the Empire, thus ushering an era of peace between the three countries
- Duscur's sovereignty is restored under King Dimitri's leadership

💚 blacksmith's son x farmer's daughter***Dedue and Callista met as classmates in the Blue Lions House, and started out as friends, since they shared common interests such as gardening and cooking. Once their friendship blossomed, they were able to open up to each other about how the Tragedy of Duscur affected both of them.Although they already had some amount of romantic feelings for each other (including the fact that Callista invited Dedue to the Goddess Tower during the annual ball), neither of them were forthcoming about it.However, it was because of those feelings that Callista later decided to help the Duscur rebels in their mission to rescue Dedue from the dungeons of Fhirdiad. She was heartbroken to see him in such a weakened state, and stayed by his side until he was a bit better.Dedue, on the other hand, was surprised to see her and to know she risked treason to rescue him. He began to fall deeply in love with her despite wanting to keep his feelings in check; since he needed to recuperate quickly in order to search for Dimitri.After Callista left and joined Duke Fraldarius's forces, she kept in touch with him (and the rebel forces) through secret letters delivered by a spy. She would pen one letter as a report for the chief of the Duscur rebels, and another one addressed to "Big Bear" (i.e. Dedue), updating him about their friends in the Blue Lions house, among other things. They ended up longing to meet each other, and held onto the letters like treasures.Once they discovered Dimitri, Dedue makes his return, and the Duscur rebels officially joins up with Duke Fraldarius's forces. The relationship between the two continued to grow, and they overcame near-death situations, many battles, and eventually opened up about how they really felt about each other.The Blue Lions and Golden Deer attained victory at the end of the war with the Empire and Those Who Slither in the Dark. Dedue and Callista both left the service of King Dimitri several years later, and decided to build a peaceful, ordinary life in Duscur as husband and wife._{P.S.
